Turnaround Time
Turnaround time is the interval between the lab receiving your sample and your results posting — typically stated in business days. Mail-in kits add shipping days on both ends; lab-visit services skip the mail entirely, which is why some post results within one to three days. Services publish typical turnaround per test, and it is one of the clearest comparison points between them.
