Results Portal
At-home services deliver results through a secure online portal rather than mail or unencrypted email. The portal is also where privacy practices become concrete: how you authenticate, whether results notifications reveal anything, and what the service’s published privacy policy says about sharing and retention. Comparing privacy policies is as legitimate a comparison point as price.
